PB1 Luxury Designs has appointed The Courier Guy to handle all our local and nationwide online deliveries of our Mirrors.

Delivery time frame for any in stock item takes place between 3– 6 days from date of successful order.

If you are giving a work address please clearly specify your company’s name. Please remember that deliveries take place during working hours, Monday – Friday, from 8am – 5pm.

Please ensure you give the exact correct physical address, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

The courier company reserves the right to recover costs of re-delivery if you provide them with an incomplete or incorrect address.

PB1 Luxury Designs uses their own in-house delivery team for all Furniture deliveries within the Gauteng region.

For all other out of town deliveries of Furniture, PB1 Luxury Designs can furnish the client with a quote from their preferred logistics company.

DELIVERY OF FURNITURE RELATED ITEMS.

Prior to delivery, You agree to provide Us with full written details of any difficulty to access considerations. PB1 Luxury Designs and our designated delivery crew do not provide the services of removal of doors and of hoisting furniture, or carrying goods upstairs. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for unusual or difficult access deliveries.

You shall ensure that all existing furniture, valuables and fragile or breakable items are removed from the route or room prior to delivery of the goods.

Our contractors shall not move, reposition or rearrange existing furniture.

Electrical work is not provided, the installation team is not qualified to disconnect or reconnect any electrical equipment.

We offer storage facilities of the goods up to and until the delivery date. If you are unable to accept delivery of the goods on the delivery date a storage fee will be payable.

PB1 Luxury Deigns shall not be held liable for any damage, injury or loss howsoever arising from the actions or omissions of its employees or contractors.
